Fidelity supports the import of claim details from
benefits systems as well as the import of Data Matches and Risk Reviews from the
Housing Benefit Matching Service (HBMS).
Visits and postal checks can be
generated using Threshold, Random or Local Rules sampling. Visit notifications
and postal check reminders are automatically generated and cases due for
suspension and cancellation can be monitored using the system reports.
The officers' workload can be viewed and analysed using the on-screen Worklist,
and work re-assigned as necessary.
